STEMCO Duroline announced the release of new shoe kits and brake hardware featuring enhanced corrosion resistance. The brake shoes are e-coated and stand up to 1,000 hours of salt spray testing, which is double the OEM specification for corrosion resistance under environmental conditions, according to STEMCO. Additional benefits of its high performance friction material available on new shoes in the brake wheel kits include superior stopping performance, longer life and reduced drum wear, according to the company.
